Lawsuits

I have recently gained a new perspective of lawsuits and liability.

They are the arguments by corporations in a capitalistic system. rewarding the winners with with money and regulation changes.

There is problem with the unclear nature of what lawsuits really represent. The problem is that poor people see the liability of lawsuits stop them from doing things because they can’t afford to lose.
